PURPOSE OF BASIC PROCEDURE FOR CERTIFICATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN BUILDINGS

WHAT IS THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING?

WHO IS QUALIFIED TO ISSUE A CERTIFICATE OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY?

Technicians who are in possession of any enabling academic and professional qualifications for writing projects or construction management and execution management of building works (Architect or Technical Architect) or for projects of thermal facilities (Engineers Industrial or Industrial Engineers), as established in Law 38/1999, of November 5, Building Management, or to subscribe for energy performance certificates, or have demonstrated the skills required to sign performance certificates energy as is established by Order under the fourth additional provision.


IS REQUIRED TO CERTIFY WHETHER OR LOCAL HOUSING ALL OF THE SAME BUILDING?

DOES THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATE GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE ON ENERGY?

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATE TO THE ADMINISTRATION?

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RENEWED ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATE?

The building owner is responsible for the renewal or upgrade energy performance certificate in accordance with the conditions established by the competent organ of the Autonomous Community. The owner may proceed voluntarily updating if it considers that there are variations in aspects of the building that can change the energy performance certificate.


LABEL DOES THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATE MUST BE OBTAINED AT THE TIME OF SALE OR LEASE OF A BUILDING OR PREVIOUSLY?
